Use of the service

HitParade is a multiplayer music trivia game. By using it you agree to use it fairly and not attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service or other players.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Pro subscription

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis - contact us within 7 days of charge

Content

Music metadata and previews are sourced from Spotify. HitParade does not claim ownership of any music content. Track previews are 30-second clips provided for trivia purposes.

Limitation of liability

HitParade is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to service interruptions or data loss.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of HitParade after changes constitutes acceptance.
